Entrevista
First you'll be in a group "interview" with a Human Resources representative. She will give you a brief summary of the company and tell you pay information. This will happen on a Wednesday and if she feels you are a satisfactory applicant, you will be invited to the final interview on Friday.
On Friday you'll sit in the middle of a room facing the CEO with every department head forming a horseshoe around you. This will seem very intimidating but be confident and smile.
This is a sales position disguised with the title of "Maintenance Technician". They don't want experienced mechanics to fix HVAC units. They want troubleshooters who diagnose the problem and sell brand new equipment, upgrades, and memberships to costumers.

How will you make a customer feel comfortable with you in their home?
Do you understand you'll be troubleshooting fairly new equipment? There wont be much hands on maintenance involved. How comfortable are you selling to strangers in their homes?
Do you have any experience with sales and/or customer service.
