It was a good process, only the feedback might have took more time than expected, but overall a quite good experience. Also to mention that salary wasn't never discussed during the whole process

It was one of the shortest interview processes I have ever experienced. The questions were clear, and the objectives of the interview were thoroughly explained in advance, which was very helpful.

Entrevista
I had two interviews in October 2025. The first interview was very generic, consisting of basic questions to “get to know you,” but they were read directly from a script, making the conversation feel unnatural and cold. For the second interview, I was rushed to confirm availability as they claimed they were hiring quickly. This interview followed the same scripted approach, again feeling robotic and detached. To my surprise, the questions were very technical, focused on campaign management rather than strategic thinking, team management, or problem-solving, which I would expect for a role that I was interviewed. When I asked for clarification on the role’s duties and responsibilities, the interviewer was unable to provide answers.
After this interview, I was completely ghosted. I followed up two weeks later and received no response. Now, a month later, there has still been no communication. Overall, it was a terrible experience, wasting my time and energy, with zero professionalism from the company and hiring team.
