They have a corporate recruiter that will be the gate keeper for the interview process. Do not try to fake something on your resume, as the interview process draw heavily on checking g out what you know. If there is something off, they will find it.

They focus on team work, so be prepared to speak candidly about bad experiences and how you handled them in the past. Simply saying that you have gotten along with everyone you ever worked with is not going to work. Besides, that's untrue.
