Pretty basic java OOP exercise. If you know Object Oriented Programming your basically hired. Don't worry about small mistakes, they just care about the principles and not the small fine details.

Horrible experience with this company, the interviewer asked you to do an interview on some date at some time, but only sent out the interview link 5 mins before the interview started. Unprofessional at all.

Just some easy questions related to design patterns.
First part-coding test using an IDE and access to the internet. It lasts one to two hours. You will need to know OOP, factories and threads. Then they invite you back for a second more non-technical interview.
