Entrevista
A very disappointing process overall. I was reached out to by both Managing Director Philipp and an internal staff member or a Software Engineering vacancy they had 'live'. After an intial pleasant call where I was told about the team and task ahead they provided me with a technical task to be completed. I spent 10 hours doing so - putting every effort I could into making sure it followed the direction they gave me as I was very interested by everything I had been told.
The test was a success and I was invited to speak with their team which I cordially accepted - everything seemed very positive and I was assured I would be hearing back within 48 hours...I'm sad to say this was the last I ever heard from the SPO - This was 4 weeks ago and I have not heard back from their team despite emailing, phoning and contacting them through LinkedIn, I was told that team members were sick and that they would get right back to me. From receptionists to Product Owners right through to their MD Philipp I have been ignored in-spite of the time I took to complete tests and out of hours interviews.
I would not hesitate in telling anyone that their recruitment procedure is a terrible waste of time and one certainly to be avoided.

Entrevista
Don't waste your time with this company. They gave a homework assignment which was supposed to be completed in 4 days. I completed the assignment on time and posted them. After that, there was no reply from them. After 2 weeks, they send a template email "saying they found a better candidate". They did not even bother to provide feedback on the assignment. If you had a better candidate, why waste my time on the assignment. Homework assignments should not be a part of the screening round. They should be used for evaluation.

Build a workforce optimization tool for one of our cleaning partners! Our partner has contracts with several structures all around Berlin. These structures are all of varying size (measured in rooms). The workforce of our partner is made up of Senior Cleaners and Junior Cleaners. Senior Cleaners have a higher work capacity than Junior Cleaners. Our partner is free to decide how many Senior and Junior Cleaners are to be sent to clean a structure but there always needs to be at least one Senior cleaner at
every structure to lead the juniors. The goal is to minimize overcapacity at every structure.
Given an array of structure sizes (in no. of rooms) as well as work capacities of Junior and Senior
Cleaners, your program should present the optimal numbers of Juniors and Seniors for every structure.
