Submitted an interview online and was asked to come in for an interview about a week later. I was also asked to fill out an assessment before the interview. The assessment takes about a half hour or so. To my surprise, when I walked in the building, I found out it was a group interview. We got a mini tour, and then was interviewed by about 6 different people in the same room, kind of like speed dating. We were also required to do a “basic skills test,” which is just a bunch of math problems. After all of that, the interviewees were able to ask questions about the company. Overall, the questions were simple and the employees were friendly. However, I think interviewees should have a heads up about it being a group interview. Especially since there’s a pandemic going on...
