Phone call with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, an on-site round table portfolio interview with 5-6 people going throgh case studies and questions, and then after that an offer.

Round 1: It was a simple interview and questions were majorly focused on Design Process and situations and a culture fit check. The interviewer was kind and explained his role and asked what all I did. The interview went great but I received rejection mail after 2 hours, so I guesss it did not go as well as I thought, lol

5-6 rounds in total, HR round has most of cross-checks done then L1 team comes up for another. Later, 2 HR international teams will head for further two rounds of our design thinking, 2 technical round, finally another HR discussion with the project manager.
