      Entrevista

      The process ran for 6 weeks and included 4 rounds: a recruiter screening, an interview with a Senior Manager, a panel with a manager and team member, and a final interview with two managers. The positives: the Senior Manager was clear, direct and excellent at explaining the role and its context. The manager and team member I met in round 3 were equally impressive ,you could tell they were passionate about their work. The negatives centre around the recruiter. After my first reply, I had to chase him to get a response. The salary communicated in the screening was later revised downward before the final stage. The interview process itself also changed after it was initially explained to me. I also received a group email inviting me to the final round, which felt careless. The final interview covered questions I had already been asked in previous rounds. The main concern raised was my management background. It's a fair question but it has already been addressed in my first interview with the Senior manager. If they had a doubt in hiring someone they believe was too qualified it was probably not necessary to keep going for 6 weeks. I never received personal feedback. The process ended with an automated rejection. The role and the team genuinely appealed to me. The interview experience, however, was let down by poor recruiter communication and a disorganised and unclear process.
