It was through Employee referral. Worst interview experience.
It was told to me that they want to complete hiring process quickly so they will not do onsite interview instead will schedule 5 skype interviews.
After completing 5 skype interviews , 2 more interviews were scheduled.
Again after few days 3 more interview were scheduled .
Total time to conduct all these 10 interviews was already 3 months from date of first HR call.
Post all 10 interviews, decision of selection or rejection was not conveyed for almost 1 and half month ...after enormous follow ups with 5 different HR's which got involved into scheduling interviews, only update received was HR has no update and i was asked to have patience.
After 2 months ( 3 + 2 months in total) i was told i am selected and now another HR will speak with me for next steps. That HR took 2 weeks to call me ....after his initial call he again went into hybernate mode ...now its been over 6 months of total process. Only information i have is I am selected but no further updates .....

TA reached out to me after reviewing my application for the role and scheduled interview on the same day. Interviewer sound dull during whole interview and felt less interested. First, i was informed about the role (it was related to Sales & Strategy) and then asked about my background and current/previous job experiences, the question asked was very generic. I was informed via auto email about the rejection after 20-25 days.

5 rounds of interviews meeting with different leaders on the team. They ask for very concrete examples of everything on resume. They didn't reach out between interviews and would just schedule the next one.

Entrevista
I interviewed with the Sales Operations team. The whole process included a video interview with the hiring manager; take home case analysis; two 1-hour panel interviews with the hiring team members; three 30-minute 1:1 interviews with senior stakeholders.
The interview with the hiring manager was very conversational. He gave me an overview of the team and let me introduce myself and the reason I applied to ServiceNow. I had about a week, more than enough time, to work on the take home case which was to give business recommendations based on the sales data I received. The two panel interviews were composed of three interviewers and two interviewers each. They started with some behavioral questions and let me present my case analysis in the last 30 minutes of the panel interviews. The final round was three 1:1 interviews with the hiring manager’s boss and two senior stakeholders. They asked me behavioral and role related questions. No presentations.
