I applied online thru the website and I think like 2-3 weeks after I got an email for a phone screening. They asked how comfortable I was with BASIC JAVA AND JAVASCRIPT I said 7-8 in a 1-10 scale. We went over the position (location, salary, schedule, etc ). Then I got a technical interview with 4 managers thru zoom. They asked basic Java and JavaScript for example what will this code do or what’s the output. Then we went into networking did some networking questions and then we went into like behavioral. Lasted like 1 hour. After that I waited 2 weeks and got another interview (I was surprised I thought I didn’t do that good with the previous interview) but this one was more like talking to a manager about position, my experience, behavioral. 4 days after I got another call with the recruiter to speak more about the position. I will say interview was pretty smooth and to the point. I really liked it. I did some other interview with another company called HCL, WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS AND RECRUITER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIAR.

it was 3 round first being the behavioral, then the technical questions where you go over each of the aspects of code for frontend, another interview on how you would handle some cases prioritization and stuff.

Both times interviewers did not show up, third time they were 20 minutes late to a 30 minute interview. Horrible experience, especially when you prepare for the interview only to have the team consistently no show.

It's really a disappointed experience and totally waste of time. I did some search and find out they just want to hire contractors, not permanent employees, also they have a preference to candidates from a specific country, which is unfair to other candidates. And just like what other reviews said, if they want you then they will response really quick, if they don't want you then they will ghost you and not update their system, so you won't have any feedback. I don't know it's the company's problem or the team's problem, but I won't apply for ServiceNow positions anymore, really disrespect to candidates.
