I got through final interviews with 5 people and submitted a long case study which was not hard, it went very well . Recruiter was super nice and responsive as long as I was relevant. I have been ghosted ever since with no final decision or answer to my follow-up email on a final decision. Basically I had to figure it out my self that I was not chosen. I feel like the minimum a company could do is get back to their candidates after they spent so much time interviewing and working on long case studies. It probably says something about how the company teats their employees.
