There's 2 recruiters. The first session with recruiter 1 gets to know you and works w/ you on desired salary range. If they like you, you move onto the next round and meet w/the hiring manager. Then if hiring manager likes you, you meet with recruiter 2 and confirm salary and go over the interview process with the team. Team interviews you next. If you didn't get the offer, the recruiter 2 will ask if you'd like feedback on what you could do better which is nice. One of the 1:1 interviews felt like I was being interrogated with questions about business results & design outcomes...something to do with code based questions of showing work when the actual responsibilities wasn't to know how to write code. There was no warmth to the conversation either. Advice to Management Please be on time. There were moments that I wasn't sure I joined the right zoom link and there wasn't a message if someone was running late. Make sure your audio is working and please avoid having the interview say how swamped they were with back to back meetings. It makes it less appealing to interview with someone who is not focused interviewing the candidate and in the right headspace. Also, telling the candidate that no one works 40 hours a week when interviewing sounds like there's no option for work / life balance, really doesn't help convince a candidate why they should choose ServiceNow.
