Initial interviews good. Final panel then ghosted every time. Then have same recruiter call back offering another position only to be ghosted again. I have given up p on them and will never apply again

The HR short lists your candidature based on skills. Panel interview , Case study round and HR round. The interviewers are good at giving feedback and seemed impressive. It was a good interview experience
