I had initial interview with the Early in Career (EIC) and they set up an interview with the Director. Unfortunately, the Director couldn't attend and rescheduled the interview with a senior manager. Everything was transparent and the senior manager communicated well about the team structure, culture and role expectations. Discussed about my past experience and daily operations. I had to wait for 2 weeks to receive an update of the next step; which sadly, I was informed that the role was being put on hold.
