A recruiter contacted me for an initial phone screen, followed by a Zoom screen (background, prior experience, a high-level system design question), followed by three additional Zoom interviews back-to-back (easy to medium data structure and algorithm problems, JavaScript-specific question). The entire process took a month. I had a really good experience with the interviews. The interviewers appear happy and all have good vibes. Honestly, I didn't feel like being "interviewed", rather, I was basically chatting with them, as if I were already part of their team and we were working on some technical problems together.
