      Phone interview - the interviewer called me about 15 minutes late and was clearly distracted during the interview. I could hear their IM pinging over and over so clearly they were in the middle of something, but unfortunately they were not listening to anything I was saying, which was disappointing.

      Entrevista

      I first had an interview with HR. Then she organized a zoom call with 2 of the team members. The first part of the interview was about me presenting myself with the given questions. The second part of the interview was a roleplay, in which the team members acted as customers and I presented them a pre-defined monthly report. They challenged me with their questions and checked my responses. Eventually, we had a Q&A session. In general, the interviewing was pleasant and fun but I really didn't like the way I got the negative response as it was super general, and did not give me actual feedback on what I was missing or needed to improve. For such a specific job definition, I would expect more specific feedback for rejection as the interview felt quite positive to me.
