The beginning of the process moved super fast (recruiter on a Monday, hiring manager that Wednesday) and then it was basically crickets after that. Granted it was around the holidays, but the recruiter would promise an update by X date and then I'd never hear anything. After following up 3 times over the course of a month and a half, I finally got the rejection email I was anticipating.
