      Typical recruiter screen, "official" interview or 2, followed by a 30 minute SIM. The screens and interviews were straight forward and nothing out of the norm. The 30 minute SIM was with 4 folks in leadership.

      The next step in the process for the Customer Success Manager role is a Panel Presentation to a customer outcomes team. First slide should be a brief 1–2-minute introduction of yourself, talk about the experience and skills in your background that best align to the Customer Success Manager role. Tell the story of your best example of where you helped a company in a successful journey/transition as it is aligned to the CSM role. Focus on conveying your experience, impact, and value. Items to consider:  Showcase account / customer / program experience  Business problem faced, outcome and value to the customer  Level of relationships established / trusted advisor status  Lessons learned We are looking for your ability to tell a story wrapped around our Customer Success Program. We will schedule the overall panel for 30 minutes.  The presentation along with the introduction should be delivered in no more than 15 mins.  The remaining time would be used for questions. The team will try to refrain from asking questions during your presentation. The entire 45 mins may not be needed. You will be hearing from our Talent team to schedule the panel.

      I had three interviews. The third interview was a 20 minute presentation infront of a 4 person panel. Followed by QA afterwards. My biggest issue was they asked a lot of work of the applicant. The company should atleast have the decency to provide feedback afterwards. All I received was a generic email saying I didn't receive the position which didn't even come from an actual team member. Personally, I don't feel that is acceptable when you make it the last round of interviews and have to do additional work for your interview.

      You would think after an interview with the recruiter and 2 separate interviews with team members that the decent thing would be for the recruiter to at least email the candidate that they weren’t a fit instead of sending a generic, auto email(a whole month later mind you). Do better. First interview with hiring manager was productive, the second was with a senior CSM that gave terrible interview questions.
