Process was regular, with delayed comms from Recruiter. Once interviews were complete (4 interviews, a 5th interviewer was a no-show), no further contact from either Recruiter or HM. Reached out to both of them and got no response about the outcome. Found out by a 3rd party that the position was filled internally, so external process was probably for show.
