Pretty straight forward and good. Had 2 online assessments first, 1 was a Plum test for pyschometric analysis and the other was on TestGorilla which was more of a technical round. Once you clear those two and are reviewed by the organization, they call you for an interview with the Engineering Director which was a fairly simple but technical discussion around the needs they have, post which you would meet with their CTO for the next round.
