Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela ServiceSource em abr. de 2019

Two interviews, questions regarding situations and responses to those situations. Smooth process and not difficult to go through. Didn’t feel like I was asked anything unrelated to the position. Not bad

The whole interview process was the worst.
1. I got their first call and we started off with a very casual friendly talk asking where I'm from and whatsoever, asking about my current pay, how is company bonus like.
2. The next questions was a bit personal which I feel a bit suspicious but I answered anyway.
3. The next thing, I was being lectured by the interviewer saying that I'm not a good fit for the company by how I answered it and will not be proceeding my application and telling me how I am supposed to answer.
4. The way that the interviewer handle the situation was pretty bad and very suspicious at the same time and the tone was undelightful.
I would expect it to let me know either you going to process my application or not BUT not lecturing me. (well it was an experience to have such interview)

WORST TALENT ACQUISITION EVER!
1. First call: Called to check my current pay & situation, everything seems nice and smooth.
2. Told me my salary expectation is a bit out of budget (I’m asking the same cuz I feel this role is quite a good chance for me) but will check again for me with manager, still good too.
3. Follow up: Asked me if I could lower down my pay (my answer is negotiable as the total package including bonus is better than the current one)
4. Keep dealing with pay pay pay and never ever arrange interview for me.
5. Tired. I Give up, I don’t know if they want cheap labor or capable candidate. Talent acquisition is also lack of a lot of government regulation knowledge & not being transparent and honest
6. After the whole happening, I’m here to check the Glassdoor review, and wow... no wonder :)
