An HR person reached out through email to schedule an interview, I spoke with the program manager in person, and then scheduled a Teams interview with a supervisor. Some questions asked about my strength/weakness, why Service Source, if I enjoy driving, feeling comfortable assisting with feeding/toileting etc. Both interviews lasting 30 minutes total including my list of questions. The second interview was more scenario based questions, which I found more difficult due to lack of experience, but just use common sense! I did and received a verbal offer the next day.
