      The hiring team was very kind, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the company. That said, I wanted to share some feedback that may be helpful, especially if the company is working on improving the candidate experience: 1. I think it would be helpful to provide more targeted feedback to candidates, especially to those who made it to the final round since candidates invest a meaningful amount of time in the process. In my case, I spent more than 10 hours listening to the company podcast, researching the product and audience, and even scheduling a demo to better understand the lead gen process. After that level of preparation, receiving no actionable feedback was very disappointing. I have a lot of respect for this industry, as well as ServiceTitan’s mission and products, which is why I took the process seriously and invested the time to prepare. Even if I was not the right fit for the role, more specific feedback would have helped me continue growing professionally. 2. I went through three rounds of interviews (not including the screening call), and most of the questions felt very similar across different interviewers. Having also supported recruiting in my own role, I understand how important it is to make each round feel purposeful. What has worked really well at my company is keeping clear interview notes from each conversation, so the next interviewer can build on what has already been discussed and give the candidate an opportunity to show different aspects of their experience, thinking style, and personality. I understand that everyone's time is limited, especially at my company that is a super fast-paced startup. At the same time, respecting the candidate’s time is also an important part of making better hiring decisions. 3. HRs are the first impression candidates have of a company. Automated follow-up emails are understandable in some situations, but when they are used repeatedly throughout a later-stage process, the experience can feel impersonal. Overall, I enjoyed meeting the people on the team. Everyone I spoke with was very kind. My feedback is not meant to take away from that. I simply wanted to share a candidate perspective that may help make the interview process more respectful and useful for future candidates.
