Entrevista
I applied on Glassdoor and one of the HR guys emailed to set up a call. We had a short 15-minute conversation to discuss my qualifications, any concerns he had, and the position itself. He wanted to make sure that I was still interested. About a week later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview with one of the team members. The call lasted around 30 minutes. About a month after submitting my application, and almost two weeks after my phone interview, I got to do an in-person interview at their headquarters in Glendale. The interview lasted around 3.5 hours with 7 different people (5 sessions) from 11AM to 2:30 PM with a 15-minute break. Lunch wasn't provided, but there were snacks you could grab in their common areas, except no time to eat. I also didn't feel comfortable grabbing anything as I was dressed in a full suit while everyone working their was dressed casually so it just felt awkward walking around. I didn't hear back from them until two weeks after.

Entrevista
It started out well. The people seemed great and I was excited at the prospect of working with them. However, once they lost interest, they completely ghosted. It was unprofessional after spending so much time investing in the interviews. They finally got back to me after a month with a no. There was no feedback given, which was disappointing as well.
Applied online via the job portal. Followed up with a conversation with the recruiter who thought I'd be a good fit for the role and set up a meeting with the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't know much and came in with a pre-conceived notion of my experience which was unfortunate because my experience was a great fit for the role. Couple of weeks have passed and I haven't heard any update from the company.

Very thorough but reasonable interview process. Lots of good questions. Not easy, but comfortable and fair. Most of the usual interview questions. Mix of interpersonal and functional experience questions. They also like it if you have a connection to the trades (like if a parent was a plumber or something). Left me with the impression that it was a very solid company that had their act together.
