I was sent a survey/questionairre that goes over my work style/personality first. After about a week I had a phone interview with a recruiter where we just went over my resume and some basic questions (including salary expectations). 2nd Round- I spoke to the hiring manager for about 30 mins. Learned more about the role and went over my experience again. 3rd Round- I presented a demo to 3 individuals and then had 3 -30 min interviews with each of them over video. The interviews were very scripted, they all said the same thing.

It was lengthy, but absolutely worth it. I found that I had to initiate contact to continue getting interviews, but it worked out in my favor. The process was simple, it was a lot of the same questions each time.
