It started with a video call from the recruiter using google meet. Then after I passed that interview stage, I went to the in person interview with one of the co-owners of the franchise Sobe Burgers.

Entrevista
It was straightforward, was role play and asked about motivations, my background, why I believe I'd be a good fit. I was asked how would I find leads, do the job, reach out to people.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Sessions em fev. de 2023
Entrevista
3 steps - Phone screening, line manager interview and role play.
I was contacted by Sessions on LinkedIn and invited for an interview. My initial thought was that this seems like a really cool company and idea.
As the interview process went on things started to fall apart.
Sessions failed to meet my expectations when it comes to planning and executing interviews, their questions where basic and read straight from a paper and they changed my interviews around multiple times, I have over 7 emails with requests to change times/dates/virtual/in-person. The interviewers are according to their titles ' senior ' people in their 20s with no previous senior or managerial experience, which made me even more suspicious.
I always read feedback and reviews on Glassdoors and asked the interviewer how they retain talent and about the poor reviews they've received from employees on Glassdoor, the person said that they hired a lot of agency staff that didn't ' do their job ' so they had to fire all of them at the same time, which led to a lot of poor reviews.
The interviewer also mentioned that there will be a lot of weekend work, late nights and emails and calls on your time off, which was when I realised this isn't for me. The interviewer also said the majority of BDMs are in their 20s and when I had a look at their BDMs on their website they're all freshly graduated, so without any previous experience I'm not sure you can actually title them " BDMs" maybe BDAs?
For your final interview you will be told that their COO, Jack, will make an appearance.
It would have been great to meet a senior adult to understand the company a bit further, and discuss progression etc, but this was unfortunately not provided and no explanation was given.
I really did waste my time here and I would honestly say that if you're a freshly graduated youngster that want to do unpaid work over weekends, late nights and during your days off, this pyramid scheme is for you!
If you, like me, have any experience in BD, SD or sales over all - run for the hills!
I would recommend Sessions to hire TA or HR staff to do the screening interviews, as a lot of the important information was lost or not mentioned.
And please provide clear information about the hiring process and role plays, as well as who will be present or if this is virtual or in-person.

They will ask you to prep a pitch for the final call and expect you to have responses to most common objections without any previous experience.
