I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone conversation, then had two in person interviews. They mostly asked about the work samples I showed them, and about which clients I worked with in the past. All of the people I spoke to seemed happy with my work and made it sound like I was definitely getting an offer; they just had to get the paperwork for me. However, after over a month of back-and-forth they declined to offer me a position for vague reasons. The interview process as a whole was kind of confusing.
