First you fill out an online intelligence test with a few technical questions. After interview offer, they give you material to focus on. In my case it was object-oriented programming. I reviewed the material and figured out what they would ask during the 1:1 phone interview - it was pretty obvious. They also asked me to submit code for a simple task they gave me in the language of my choice.
