Entrevista
It started with a phone screening, and the phone screener was very professional and asked general questions.
I was then passed on to a technical screener, who asked me various questions about Linux, SQL and networking. The technical screener was very professional yet casual the whole time. He then talked about what the job entailed, and the culture of the company.
Having done well on the technical screening, I was asked to come for an in-person interview and skills test. The in-person skills test consisted of some of the same questions and other new questions. After the skills test, I was interviewed by a panel asking basic interview questions and other tech questions that were not on the test. The interview was very casual the entire time.

I was given a tour of the facility and an overview of the company and what would be expected of me. At the conclusion of the interview I was given the news that I would not be considered in their selection due to a lack of knowledge in certain areas.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience and I think the team that I interviewed with was a great set of people. I look forward to applying in the future for a position more in my field of expertise with this company.
