Casual. Spent considerable time in the conference room, met with the manager and another associate. walked around the building. looked at schematics. Would come again if given the opportunity to do so.

Took them a few months to get back with me regarding their designer position. The interview lasted around 4 hrs or so where I filled out a bunch of useless and outdated personality/ aptitude questionnaires . I thought the whole meeting went well, until the next day when I received the rejection email. Fast forward a year later and I got contacted to hire for the same position. I respectfully as I could, declined the potential opportunity.
