They didn't ask anything related to the post, instead asked questions about my degree which was not related to the field. The interviewers were really unprofessional. The interview was too long but pretty useless.

Short, easy, non formal. I asked questions of things I that were important to me such and later found out the answers I was given were not true. Had a phone screening first, then came in for two interviews in person before I received a call with a job offer. Easy interview, be prepared to answer questions about past healthcare experiences, situations, problems, solutions. Overall a very pleasant interview process.
