Entrevista
The interview was done with two managers and was the standards ESL interview. I was given some teaching scenarios and asked to describe what I would do. After that they gave me information and about the school and chatted a bit. We had some connection issues but nothing terrible. After they very quickly made me an offer and drew up a contract.

Application submission, then a demo lesson. Interviews follow with a recruiter and academic manager, focusing on teaching skills and adaptability for the China classroom. Overall very standard interview, nothing out of the ordinary.

Entrevista
The interview was for a position in Ningbo China for an ESL teacher.
It was a Skype video interview, the interviewer was extremely thorough and explained everything that I asked about very well.
I accepted the job as it is a very good opportunity and the contract is extremely thorough and I trust it and the people who I interacted with.
