Mine was done online in the US. They were very accommodating to my schedule and professional throughout the whole process.
It started with typical expected questions like describe yourself, work experience, and reason for wanting to be an English teacher. Then we progressed onto basic English grammar questions testing simple knowledge of the English language and potential understanding of teaching in general.
We completed with pleasantries and them wanting to know how soon I could move to Taiwan. Overall it was a great experience and I was hired afterwards.

At the time, the company sent out a pre-interview questionnaire and they basically asked from this set of questions verbatim. If you studied from the list of questions, then you will be fine.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly simple. The questions mirrored the pre-interview form that they ask you to answer prior to the interview. More specifically, they were the same questions but just a bit reworded. Be prepared to answer situational questions.
