First off, really weird people and negative experience! The overall process was roughly 3 weeks, with minor feedback. Have appeared for 2 rounds so far,Seems to be a 3 round total. I applied online and get phone call from recruiter about one weeks later which was relatively brief and covered basic questions. 1st round of interview was a phone screen with the supervisor, background check,personal info,behavioral questions and told u to make some slides for the next virtual interview. 2nd round of the interview was a video call with the hiring manager and supervisor I guess, illustrated with slides and show ur performance and responsibilities based on ur previous work experience, don't expected they would turn on the camera to have a face to face communication with u. Pay more attention during the process or else you'll fall into the pitfalls of conceptual shift on these questions. finally, the style of managing and coaching team is important, especially for a female leader.
