I had my interview over the phone. Interviewer was condescending since I was a woman applying for an 'engineer' position. Was asked if I would be willing to do a walkthrough of the facilities if considered. Did not hear back about position after initial interview.

Interview process was easy, phone screening followed by on site interview with team of 4 people. Heard back from the HR within 1 week that I got selected for their manufacturing site in Long Island.
