I talked to their recruiter who rescheduled a few times last minute, wasted time on the call, and took the call (late) from their car or in transit - they were completely unprepared and gave a bad impression. They spent ~15 minutes talking about the structure of each team in depth, unprovoked, that's why I say they wasted time. I didn't ask about that, but when I asked about the role they couldn't provide concrete details. Was very cagey about the compensation too. It wasn't a good interaction and I was not interested in moving forward.

The interview process was very fast and pleasant. All interviewers were professional and kind. The whole interview process starting from screening interview to offer letter took about one week. It was clear to me from the jump that this company has a great culture!
