The interview process was very rigorous but light hearted. The panelists were friendly and you were given time to think of your answers. Overall my experience was positive and they were interested to also get to know me as a person.

Entrevista
First call with one of the engineers on the team, where we went over my CV, and I was able to ask many in depth questions about the company. No technical questions asked here.
The second interview would, have been a two hour in person assessment in Cape Town (this is for the compensation management company named Shareforce), but I declined as I did not feel that I would have grown much at the company.
