The interview was not very well organised and suprisingly unprofessional. I was sent a request for an interview, but did not receive a confirmation nor a hangouts link, so I had to request that and wait for days for a confirmation. On the day of the interview, HR were late for the call with no apology, and decided to switch to phone when they did eventually answer. The questions seemed scattered and not well thought out, as if they had already made up their mind before the call. I didn't receive any feedback at all.
