1) Firstly they hire employee as business development manager.
2) its like telephonic interview from HR called 'MANIKA'or 'RUCHI' then she just tell you on 2nd round you'll get call from our MD (there is no md in this company xD). you will receive call from.. there is a fraud person leaving in delhi, called 'Shami Kapoor' he is just branch manager and call himself MD of the company xD. He'll ask you few questions regarding digital marketing which is basically not related to digital marketing. He's worst uneducated, he dosent know how to speak English, face like cheap thief, if ill show you his face you people will say yeh bc shakal se chor lagta he xD.
3) After this Hr will discuss the salary with you. funniest part is they will ask you what is your exception from salary. you just say 30k 35k 40k they will agree to give you(but here is catch ,,you wont receive a single penny) . then they send you offer letter. and tell you to join from this date.
4) they will assign you one tally, her job is to find daily meetings for you. you need to attend all 5 meetings daily, and give feedback to HR via mail which they dont even check. and report to fraud Chumi xD kapoor on whatsapp which he never sees it.
5) At time of joining tthey will just tell you ( on call or personally...not in written format) you have to give salaryx3 to company which will be your target ( so 30k is your salary so 30k x 3 is 90K + 18% GST so its like 1lkh 10k is your target for month) AND AND AND if you wont reach your target your 'WONT BE GETTING SALARY'
6) even if you reach your target you wont be getting salary because its fraud company
