Internal referral from a current employee. Phone screen with hiring manager followed by in-person interview with 5 members of the engineering team ranging from the hiring manager up to the VP. The entire process took about 3 weeks.

One 30 min call with the hiring manager where we talked about background/resume/past projects. Then a virtual on-site where I talked to several engineers from the team/other teams. Most of these were design questions, with a few technical questions and resume questions. The technical questions were pretty straightforward and easy.
