Very simple phone interview then went into a training shift. The phone interview was about 15 minutes and asked a series of customer service related questions. The first question asked how I feel working around children.

Group interview with a recruiter from corporate. Short questions and individual answers then a short interview in person with the owner of the regional location, the owner usually asks when you are available and how quick can you start.
