I ended up applying for the job twice because they couldn’t locate my application from months before. When I finally heard from them weeks later I had a virtual interview with someone based at a different location and at the end I was told I’d hear back if I was selected or not. Once I heard back I was offered a second interview, only this time in person. The interview process was with two managers. It was pretty long and they mostly asked generic interview questions. Everything seemed like it went smoothly, and the following day I sent them thank you letters and expressed my interest in the position still. I only got a reply from one of the managers who told me I’d hear from HR, only to never hear back from them again. The same HR that lost my application from the start. Really put a bad taste in my mouth.
