Several basic interview questions. Mine was done in front of a panel of some higher authority and volunteers. Dress nicely. Be prepared to answer in situational questions. For high school volunteers, they like commitment for 2 years. They do not want someone who graduates within a year.

The first part of the interview was online, a form with a couple questions. Then you attend a zoom call telling you about the position and schedule an in person interview after that. Study the presentation and you will be fine, know the pillars and be friendly.
