Entrevista
The interview process was via Microsoft teams. Very personable- it was with two supervisors from the unit. The interview was organized and about an hour at length. The questions were opened ended and allowed room to express the qualities of the applicant. It was well conducted and structured while also flexible and comfortable.

Entrevista
It was a panel interview. They were so kind. I was so nervous that why I did not know whether I answered the questions correctly or not. As I remember, I emphasized teamwork and good communication skills in most of the questions.

I had a Video interview mostly asking about my nursing experience and specialty. Two persons were on other side of the interview chat, the Director and the Manager. It was a very laid back interview process.
