I submitted my application and a few weeks later I received a call from a nurse manager. I thought it would be more of a discovery call, but instead they jumped right into asking me interview questions. I wasn't even sure what unit the nurse manager was calling for.
If selected, you will be emailed to select an available interview date. Once there, there will be a panel of interviewers who made me feel comfortable, and asked the general questions like tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, etc
Was interviewed by 2 people, very casual and not much conversation. They seem to be scoring your answers while looking at your portfolio. Total was about 15 minutes, went by super fast.

It was a panel with unit managers, very welcoming. They asked questions back and forth from a pre-made list. Varying on topics relating working with others, prioritization, experiences, ethical dilemma.
