Entrevista
The process included two phone screens and an in-person panel interview. The first phone screen was with the recruiter and was pretty high-level, mostly focused on my background and interest in the role. The second call went a bit deeper into my experience and gave more detail about the position.
The final step was an in-person panel interview with several team members, along with a tour of the office. It was a good opportunity to meet the team and get a feel for the environment.
Overall, the process was organized and gave a good look into the role and company.
It was great. The interview is always done in the STAR method. Super nice group of coworkers. All team players and seem to genuinely enjoy working for this great flooring company.

Entrevista
The interview process was thorough with multiple rounds of interviews. I first interviewed with the RVP about the role of the TM position in that location. Then I had an interview with both the RVP and DVP. Then finally reached out to by the HR director and the onboarding process began.
