Interviewers were friendly and it was easy to set it up. HR employees were especially helpful with directions, where to stay and what to expect at the interview. Another engineer gave a tour of the facility which was impressive.

Company-wide, they use the STAR process for salaried interviews. Also for hourly interviews, but less formal. The STAR method is when you talk about your past achievements or projects in a Situation, Task, Action, Result format.

Entrevista
They use the STAR format at every interview level. If you are familiar with it and prepare, you will be OK. Interviewers were very fair and let me skip a question if I needed to. Questions were not "fluffy", they were about my skills and achievements.
