Shaw coordinated with the university to be apart of the annual career fair. If you showed interest, they offered to interview you. They did not take resumes. However, they had a list of names for interviews. At our school, they did brief interviews at the college. The interview was friendly and easy.

Met with the recruiters at career fair and had an interview the next day. Asked basic behavioral questions using the STAR method. After that had an on-site interview in Dalton, GA. There were two interviews here, one with a HR person and another with an engineering manager. Both were pretty straightforward with basic behavioral questions. After the interviews we had lunch and a plant tour.
