was asked to schedule for a interview but the recruiter never showed up for the interview . i kept mailing the recruiter but she never replied me back . i had a worst experience

Do not waste your time. I had a total of 5 interviews. FIVE. A recruiter, panel with two Software Engineers, a manager, the CTO, the CEO. Afterwards, the recruiter stopped responding to my messages. Over a month later, I was told I was rejected. You're telling me that your company is so poorly-organized that you make people sit through 5 interviews? Seriously?
