The process started with a first-round video interview with the CEO and an “HR” person who seemed more like a contractor collecting insights than a real recruiter. The second round was in person with the CEO and another team member.
After that, they asked me to prepare a detailed presentation that was not a simple one-pager, but a long, in-depth proposal on opportunities and assortment strategy. I delivered the full presentation and answered many questions during the interview.
I didn’t get the job. I asked HR for feedback, but never received any. When I followed up again later, she simply told me they NEVER hired anyone for the role.
